Wow! Great chair. Very comfortable.
I needed to replace my aging office chair which has done reasonable service for about 12 years but had no padding left in the seat - well it did but my fat arse squashed it flatter than a crepe. This thing came in a box and consisted of base, back, two arms, controller, castors frame, power adaptor and no instructions. However, assuming you are not the IQ of President Trump it's easy enough and only the base was a little fiddly. That said it was built in a shade under 20 minutes and looks the part. Comfort wise, well anything would be an improvement over the chair I had but this is so nice. It's firm, you don't sink into it but you don't want that if you're trying to work. Plugging in the controller for the massage function I was not expecting much. You see, I bought this only because the same chair without massage features was fifty quid dearer - yes, I know! So I thought I might as well get this and not use it. Well, it works wonders. With several programmes to choose from it does thighs, lumbar and back and provides a number of options like "wave" and different intensities. In all honesty I am not sure how much I will use it although I suspect I might enjoy the good vibrations for a week or so before the novelty wears off. I might use it at the same time as I use my Revitive - yes, I am that old. The material is soft but not leather, which is good if you're Vegan or simply want a chair that won't disintegrate all the time as without exception leather office chairs seldom last the course and still look good - mind you, time will have to tell on this. For now: Great chair, nice massage functions and very comfortable. 10/10. Four stars purely for lack of instructions which would have just completed the experience.

Comfortable and good value for money
A bit fiddly to assemble it took my husband half an hour . Very sturdy and comfortable, well padded in the right places and heats up quickly. The feel of the fabric is lovely and cosy. The massage function is noisy and vibrates rather than massages but will be used for a few minutes at a time only if I get sore from sitting working for hours !

Great for endometriosis
Bought this as a student with endo, currently due on at some point soon and have back pain so was a good time to test. The heating function hits the spot perfect! I can use a hot water bottle or TENs on my front and the chair takes care of the back! However the lower and upper back massage points are wired the wrong way round to the remote which made me giggle but that’s no biggie, the heating was the selling point for me and massage still works. My desk is in my living room so I’ve always gone for style over function, my last chair was so uncomfortable I rarely used my desk. This has comfort and style as well as providing pain relief, I’m so happy I found it! There’s a couple suppliers selling similar but the blue was more navy, went for this one as the blue is lighter and turned out to be the exact colour I wanted. Material is soft and seat is firm but cushy, the firmness should settle down and is a sign it’ll last longer, I’ll update here if it goes flat quick. Building it wasn’t fun, instructions weren’t the clearest but got my head around it nonetheless. Recommend a second person helping if you can but not absolutely necessary, you’ll just end up in some awkward positions holding certain parts up.

incredibly comfortable chair
I’m absolutely delighted with this chair. It’s incredibly comfortable, and the heat and massage functions are far better than I expected — genuinely relaxing and surprisingly powerful. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and the delivery arrived much sooner than I anticipated. Overall, this chair has far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Not worth the price tag, just an average chair.
There's not much to say, its just an average chair. Its definitely not worth the price tag. My biggest gripe is that there is NO locking mechanism for when you lean back. You can lock it when its straight, to stop it from reclining. But once reclined there's no way to lock it forcing you to feel like you constantly need to apply pressure to keep it still. Because of this, its really difficult to lie back and do some dirty business. Its very awkward to do, if you're lying back putting your butt further down the seat then it also gets very uncomfortable because your butt is on that lip and you can feel the metal under the seat which is awful. The arms cannot be moved in any way. They are connected by 6 screws, 4 to the seat base and 2 to the back, so I'm not sure about the longevity of constantly reclining. The plug for the chair itself is ridiculously small. You're going to need an extension if you plan on using the massage feature. If you're sat in the chair with your feet fully extended then it will just about reach the end of your feet. So yeah, unless there's an outlet directly under your desk you need an extension. Proper assembly requires a proper drill. Using Allan keys isn't going to get it tight enough and if its too loose its downright dangerous. There's a button on the right hand side and I still have no idea what it does. I've tried looking online, looking in the manual and seeking other people asking the same question but there's never a real answer. The button doesn't recline the chair okay, and it doesn't tilt anything or do anything its seemingly completely useless. My only guess is that its something to do with the electrics/massage feature, something I can't assess at the moment. With all that said, the fabric feels good and I'm very sure that it will feel even better once worn in. At the moment its brand new and can sometimes catch hair or be a little rough at times. The metal, plastic and design of the chair is great. Its clean and smooth and genuinely looks good. I can't speak on the massage feature, its not something I am familiar with and at the moment I'm waiting on an extension so that I can use it more often. The "heat" button didn't seem to do anything at all either, not sure what that's about.

Super Comfortable Chair with Great Massage & Heat
This Vinsetto ergonomic office chair is amazing! The 6-point massage function is a great touch for long work sessions, and the heated backrest adds extra comfort during colder days. The padding is thick and supportive, making it great for extended use. Assembly was straightforward, and the chair feels sturdy and well-built. The reclining function and adjustable settings make it easy to find the perfect position. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing office chair

Chair is okay but I'm giving 1 star for this absolute horrible customer service
So I got this chair, build it, no issue at all however not even 24 hours after receiving it, the entire top, ie the back as well as the sitting plate moves and is wobbly. I have contacted the seller and they were absolutely horrible. I am still in touch with about 20 different agents that don't read the previous messages, they confuse orders and offered a full refund, which now they went back on and not even 24 hours after having the chair, they said they can give me 10 pound off to have a repair man check the chair. I mean the entire idea is ridiculous.. For the chair itself, besides the wobble, it's comfy and the massage heating function does what it says on the tin. You can't expect anything amazing for this price and I would have actually recommended the chair but with that service, no, get something else I am still thinking about sending it back cause what's the point of a wobbly chair.

Really good chair, pain to build
So this is a good chair it showed up a few days early as well. It's firm but not to hard and feels loverly the heat is efficient as is the massage ( necks a bit weak) all round a good buy. The assembly is a pain the instructions are terrible and the chair back is a fiddle to set, o ly.took them.minutes mind and it's a very good chair after. I'm 5"10 and 12 stone and it fits me well.
