Q: Can I connect a normal POE device to a POE+ port of this switch?? Thanks!

Yes you can. The only difference is the amount of watts through the cable. You couldn't put a POE+ on a POE switch though.

Q: Will this support 12v POE cameras?

Hi Robert! Thanks for your interest in TRENDnet! This switch will support PoE (802.3af) and PoE+ (802.3af) complaint devices. Any PoE that asks for a specific voltage is not PoE standard Hope this helps!
