Q: Why the almost 50% increase in price? The price was only $10.90 when I last purchased 11/2018.

Shop around . You may be able to find a better price. The product is the best of it's kind and worth it. However pharma has been steadily raising prices to gouge consumers.

Q: where is this made? Does it say what percentage of tea tree it contains?

Definitely has tee tree oil fragrance. Has oily feel on face. I can’t tolerate it on my eyes. Went back to oCuSOFT eyelid cleanser.

Q: when does this expire

The bottom of my bottle say it expires 11/2018. I'm sure that varies with when it's manufactured.
