Cost less than having benches attached to deck. I can keep these benches out of the weather when not in use. Can move to any area.Comfort w/ two colorful cushions per bench.*Leg protectors to prevent rotting if they get wet. Sold on amazon.

Easy to assemble, took me less then 15 minutes tops. The cedar smells really fantastic! And looks very nice in my sauna. I thought it a very good value for the ask price compared to other versions I found on good old Amazon. Could perhaps be a bit stronger in construction as I suspect two large American men will perhaps make it wobbly. For me at 200 lbs its perfectly fine however. I will likely buy another one of these in the smaller size next year.

When the ups person delivered the box he asked if I had returned it or if it had been shipped to a wrong address. You see the supplier forgot to remove the address label of the previous person who opened and put together the bench. Had it been for my personal use I woukd have immediately returned but I'm not at home. I bought for a beach rental in a far from civilation place. Plus it's pretty heavy making it difficult for an old guy to return.The only problem I had with the bench was the previous owner removed some of the letters making it difficult to figure out which piece belonged where. Fortunately there were only 6 pieces so trial and error got the bench together. And Fortunately all the bolts were in the opened package.The quality of this bench was below average. The holes were drilled properly but the hardware supplied will rust out quickly. Forgetting the pre used state I still would not recommend buying if your intending to use outside. For indoor use it will last.Where is quality control with Amazon? There's not even a way to report the seller unless you return the item.Buy with caution!

The wood quality is good for the price--would not over tighten bolts as it is kiln dried and might easily split where the holes are drilled and counter sunk for the bolt heads. Take care if you use a power drill/driver to assemble. Assembly took me about 25 minutes with the tools pictured. Opened the box carefully with the knife. Used a medium sized Crescent to hold the nut and turned bolt head with Philips head driver. Clear instruction sheet. This is not a really heavy item but bulky and a little awkward to handle. Finished product looks good and had all corners eased with a nice sanded surface all over. I bought the unpainted one and will follow the instructions for painting after it has climatized to our unpredictable Ohio weather for a couple weeks. Nice buy for my patio for some cheap, extra seating.
