Nice addition to a workout
Such a good work out for your abdomen, and lymph system. I use it 15-20 min a day before breakfast. There are different levels of the health hoop. I’m on level/step 3 and I love it. I’m 70 yrs old and it’s part of my daily workout routine. Put on some music, or watch the news while I do it. Good for gifts as well.

easy to assemble, good heaviness. Do not use on bare skin, it will bruise. Make sure to use it for at least 20 min a day to see results.

Healthful tool
Bought the heavier one after I got used to the lighter version. At first both were slightly painful and took a couple of days getting used to it. Started off with 5 min but now up to 20-30min a day splitting my time both side. I think it has help not only with inches but also it’s been helping me stay more regular. More than just 1 benefit!
