All the estheticians at my shop use these. They are sturdy and are comfortable. They are also easy to put together. I’ll get more of these if needed in the future!

I really like this chair bc I can roll all over my workshop without much effort. I have l-spine and SI joint arthritis and hate sitting in normal chairs / stools for long periods so this stool really helps me to work longer. The only negative is that the back rest is too far back to offer any support so I have to use a pillow. That's the only reason I gave this three stars instead of five.

I have bought this chair twice. The first time was for an office where I was sitting for long periods of time and was slouching at my desk. I took the back off of the chair and made it a stool. Only problem was that storing the back of the chair is clumsy (but that's no deal breaker). The next time I bought this chair, I was working from home, and again, slouching in my gaming chair. I was getting bad back pains and needed to change things. I kept the back on this chair and realized a problem. It does matter how hard I crank down on this thing, the back adjustment keeps sliding down over time. There is no way for it to stay in the position I put it in, and I never noticed this before, because I took the back off of it, back in my previous job. It also tends to hurt my thighs over long periods of time, but it forces me to sit up, and actually stand up every now and then - which I actually like. It also has a fairly high piston on it, so you can sit up tall at the desk, which I also like (I really dislike sitting low at any desk). Construction is good, and have had no issues with the wheels or frame of the chair. Overall, I give this 4 stars, as the back post constantly sliding down is super annoying - but otherwise, is a great chair and I would recommend.

I purchased this chair because I recently installed box braids on a client and my back and arms were on fire when I was done. The worst achy pain. I was looking for a tall chair to sit in to be able to style hair- as braids take a really long time. Came across this blessing. Put it together very easily. WARNING: the chair is unstable as it is on wheels. Before taking a seat, I always hold the backrest and kind of slide it under my butt. I almost fell twice trying to just sit down naturally. Helps with pain. Back rest reclines, seat goes up and down. BONUS: Recline the backrest and sit on it backward, rest your chin and have someone rub a tennis ball around your back.

I had one before that lasted 10 years of hard use , I hope this one lasts as long. Having a bad foot that I can not put weight on so this makes getting around the kitchen more easy. My only complaint is that it doesn't handle changes in floor heights real well

I had this chair for two months and the pneumatic cylinder went out with minimal use (also, I’m only 115lbs). The chair lowers every time I sit in it and basically shoots me off when I stand up. I tried reaching out to the company to see if there's a fix but have had no response. Bummed out with the purchase.
