As most understand it says take 6 capsules to get the full 4.5 grams. I take only one daily to get started. 750 mg. And I can feel a difference for the past 5 weeks. I don't expect to take more than that. I just turned 81. I always thought like most men more is better. Maybe if I was younger and could exercise.

I honestly think this has helped
I lift so much more and longer than before. Twice the reps and not so much day-after aches. A real game changer for me and I don’t think it’s psychosomatic

Ridiculous reccommendation on the back (18 capsules a day) and poor value, 6 pills is just 4g
They're easy, but I feel a bit silly for purchasing them, and I wish I'd just bought regular creatine.The silly dosage recommendation that would only be applicable to Olympiads on the back may seem like a small thing, but I think it's a good indication not to trust this brand as a whole.
