Hi I purchased these 2 or 3 weeks ago I am a adult l Want one for work and one for everyday use. My head's got to be about 23 inche so it will fit easy. You won't be disappointed with them. I'm going to buy another set to keep has a spare set

Q: Would this be soft enough for someone with hair loss from chemo? Is the inside seamless?

The inside has seams and a label. I’ve just checked my hats and you could cut label off and wear inside out then no seams or labels.
