I’m not sure this product helps with snoring. I live alone so at this point I don’t have someone to ask. What I do know is it helps my with my sinus’. Good luck.

How do you avoid postnasal drip when using?

I have never had postnasal dripping when using Sinol!!!

What is the difference in the Sinol for allergy/sinus and the one for headache?

I don't have an answer for that as I have never used Sinol for headaches. But the Sinol I use for my allergies and sinus works great.
