This item was an easy replacement for my bath towel rack. It's well made and durable.

Good bracket but beware that it hangs vertical
My 35 year old bath towel bar bracket fell off. I bought this to replace the bracket but I did not realize the bracket hung vertical when mine was horizontally. Fortunately the metal connector that was bent is the same. So I was able to rehang the old one. It’s my fault for not seeing the difference in the picture - which is small

These brackets are well made, and an attractive substitute for really poor quality, ugly brackets.They were also easy to install.

Terrible Quality!
I cannot believe they would ship something so bad! Their quality control has no standards. Extremely disappointed in the Pocky, smeared, discolored silver plating on these!

Shower handle broke
However it’s such an older unit I have to buy these to get the bar back on and they work well
