7/22/2020 update: Lifetime Jewelry's customer service is outstanding. I have had to use the warranty twice. After a couple years of wear (including in the shower and in bed), the chain was looking a bit tarnished & dull. We submitted for a warranty replacement and received it very timely. The new chain made me realize how dull the old one had, in fact, become. Then, the clasp broke on that one and we submitted for another replacement. Lifetime Jewelry came through again with a whole new chain. My son loves the look of the chain and wears it constantly (except during basketball). I'd recommend this purchase to anyone looking for affordable lifetime jewelry.I wasn't going to spend hundreds of dollars getting a gold chain for my teenage son. This one is beautiful. He's thrilled that it's 24-karat gold even if it's only plating. It's just what he wanted. I like that it's thick plating AND that there's a lifetime warranty. I hope not to use the warranty, and I hope that if the time comes it will work out - it's just nice knowing I'm not spending a lot of money for something that will be trash in less than a year.

I have to tell you about my experience with Lifetime Jewelry. I purchased a 5mm Rope Chain Necklace from them in 2019 and it was just stunning. It had the look and feel of real, solid gold. I didn't wear it every day, but over time, after 4 years, it started to show some wear and tear. I contacted Lifetime Jewelry support and they were incredibly helpful. They immediately replaced my necklace with a new one without any cost to me. This is a true testament to their "free lifetime replacement guarantee". I was so impressed with their customer service that I am definitely going to buy other necklaces and bracelets from this store. Terrible and over priced for cheap product after only two months of wearing already tarnished

I love the rope chain craftsmanship with amazing sparkle. It does not get caught on my clothes being such a smooth design. I bought it to where with an antique pendant, the size I bought is 5mm, too big to wear with it, however, great to wear alone just a statement chain. I will definitely be buying the 3mm for my pendant. I do get compliments on it all the time. Worth the price for a great piece to start or add to your jewelry collection. Enjoy!

I ordered a 5mm white gold chain. I knew the description was not accurate because it said 24k gold. Well everyone knows that white gold is not 24k gold since other metals are mixed with it to make it white. From the looks of the chain I suspect it is rodium plated as a lot of white gold is. That’s ok. Also the chain came in a plastic bag that said 5mm but the chain measures 4.1mm and I am being generous. When I ordered it I thought 5mm might be too big so that’s ok. All that said I will not return it because it is very beautiful. Just wanted to let everyone know what to expect.
