Bought this to add to cereal n give us a boost through the winter lockdown. Realy enjoyed it. It tastes great n is a healthy addition to porridge. My kids love it so much that they actually ask for porridge now!

I was advised to add roughage to my diet and this product is a tasty way to do so.

I am in love! Since I started sprinkling this mix of seeds (and other fabulous bits), I feel so much better! I know that my body is receiving a load of essential nutrients without me even having to think! Gone are the days of having bags and bags of individual ingredients, blocking up space at the back of cupboards, knowing that you should really try and eat more of the stuff, but just not being bothered to think of what to put it with to get your quota!.....THIS IS THE ANSWER! One bag does it all! No waste! Sprinkle away on anything you fancy and reap the rewards! I've been using it over my fruit and yoghurt, mixing it into stuffing, , sprinkling it onto Weetabix, salads, soups, sandwiches, cakes, smoothies, cheese and crackers....You can literally add it to anything! I have just ordered the other flavours because I know that I will love them just as much. My children and husband like it too, so I guess I'll be needing more! ( I tend to sprinkle more than the recommended, just because I think it will give me super powers!)YUM!

Woah.... This superfood mix by Your UnbelievaBowl is truly amazing! I love how convenient it is to get your daily nutritional fix without breaking the bank nor with much thought. Simply sprinkle some of the mix (I found that a tablespoon worth is best), into your morning meal. Topped over yogurt or even a hot porridge makes for some added flavour and texture.After eating, I found a drastic improvement in my energy level and even overall mood.
