Great Watch for a Great Price
I’ve worn smart watches for years now. I don’t know if it’s me getting old but I started to get fed up with having to charge it every night, and its constant alerts and beeps. So I looked for a more traditional watch and liking the look of this watch, I got the green one.As soon as I took it out of the box I was surprised by how heavy it was, at least compared to my smart watch. It feels solid and of good quality. The metal strap is segmented and comes with a tool you can use to remove some of the links. The default size of the strap is generous and I had to remove four links before I had a snug fit.I like the green colour to the face and outer dial. It has a date window that I find easy to read. There are three little dials within the face. Two belong to the stopwatch (seconds and minutes) and the third showing you the hour of the 24-hour clock. The main hands and number are luminous and glow very nicely in the dark if exposed to a decent amount of light during the day.It is a comfortable watch to wear and very quickly I forgot about the weight of it.So overall great watch for a great price. Recommended.

You need a good watch, to have a great time!
I had a spontaneous urge for a new watch, so I “Googled” it up, the search took me to Amazon.co.uk; I looked at the watch, and the price (£35.69p), and fell in love with it, prior to this, the only Biden, I had heard of, was Joe Biden, the 46th president of the U.S.A.This watch (description, Gold Black B, but is blue, hopefully you should get the colour you clicked on, as I did) comes in a case, with instruction (not too clear), and strap adjusting tool. The watch has a fully functioning dials, and date function; I had bought cheap watches in the past, with pseudo dials, that were decorative, and not functional, it looked perfect to wear on a day out for a pizza, with my friend (I only have one friend). The watch has a stop watch function, as well as a rotating bezel, but I doubt I will ever use either facility, my stopwatch second hand does not reset exactly to the 60 second position (see picture), but just after it, but not too concerned, as I won’t be using it.There was always a reason, why a preferred leather watch straps, as opposed to fixed bracelets types, like these, due to my forearm, not having a large circumference, 6 inches to be precise (and other parts, that lack the girth, but that’s another story).I had to remove 6 links in total, 3 from each side (see pictures), they provided the tools, including 2 additional pin removers, I broke one of removal tool, but can be replaced by unscrewing it, and replacing with a new one, I am fairly capable person with tools, and get the job done, but this was still, a bit fidgety. As I had never done this type of adjustment before, and I was nervous, as I was dismantling a brand new watch (my watch).I watched (pardon the unintentional pun) various YouTube channels, to get some idea of how to carry out the adjustment, these straps are called, “Oyster” style watch straps. To remove the link, place the strap outside of the strap facing down, and start turning the tool, in line with the direction of the arrow on the strap. Once you started, there is bit of pressure, but as long as you go in straight, with the point of the removing tool, you should be fine.To put it back together, you have to reinsert the long pin, I did that, then to pushed it right in, as far as it could go, then placed a sticky tape, across the width of that link (as not to scratch it), that I was re-joining, and with a pair of pliers, gently squeezed it into position. Some You Tubers, mention tapping the pin, with a hammer, but to me, hammering a precisely engineered timepiece, a bit too scary, however if you still feel uncomfortable, it may be worth going down the jewelers, to get it adjusted, the price you will pay, will save you the pain of adjusting it, and the heartache, if you damage it.Once I tackled the strap, I tried to set the watch, remove the plastic stopper, once you've started setting the time, (that is the furthest position, you can pull the crown out to), push it in a bit more, then you can adjust the date, for me, I had to turn the crown away from me, to adjust the date, once complete, push the crown in, to lock the timepiece, into position, and it's ready to wear! The pictures, that I have uploaded, are after the adjustments, have been carried. In conclusion, a great watch, at a very affordable price. it looks and feels a lot more expensive, and very businesslike, unlike other cheap watches, that look garish, and "blingy." Even after the little excursion, with the link adjustment, I would still recommend it. As I stated earlier, if you think that adjusting the links, is a bit too much, take it to the jewelers. If you can’t treat yourself, nobody else will. Now that I have tackled the link adjustment, I may try another one, (I did initially want the Blue and Gold, but shows it as, "Gold black" watch (at £72.16, was a bit too much for me).

Top value for money !
This watch is very impressive - looks a million dollars - superb value for an obviously well made time piece.

Initial appearance is nice especially as is relatively inexpensive
The black metal band and the watch face has a black coating on it which quickly chips and wears away leaving an untidy cheap appearance to the watch. The watch has stopped working after a few months and presume it needs a change of battery. But with its now shabby appearance, it isn't worth my while paying to replace the battery. So it went into the bottom of a drawer until I decide what to do with it. But I won't wear it again.

Review at one year of ownership
Looked fantastic when new and functioned as a full chronograph, accurate to about 4 seconds a week, and drew several compliments including being briefly mistaken for a Rolex. Built to a price of course, and 1 year on, including 2 weeks yacht sailing the elapsed time ring has fused solid, some pitting has appeared on both sides of the chrome plated steel case and the stopwatch second hand while still working accurately will only return to 4 seconds past the hour on its dial, never vertical, when reset. Other than this it still looks good, the strap including centre gold band, and the face and gold edge of the elapsed time ring look new with no signs of wear or corrosion. I suspect the case will look a lot more corroded in another 4 years, but at the price it's cheap to replace with a new one, or a higher quality brand.

Great watch, trusted brand, great quality watch.
The media could not be loaded. I’m reviewing the blue one well may as well review both. The blue one from the biden collection. I love invicta. The biden collection reminds me of the pro diver but upgraded and that’s really my style. The blue band is better than expected. I was worried it would be cheap coating or some kind of plastic. in general the biden collection has been a great find. They’re always on sale. Used ones usually show up as described and good old Amazon will happily take it back if something is wrong. The black and red one in the description is ok. I didn’t really like how the red lettering on the band was hard to read against the black but who needs to read that anyway 🤣🤣 it’s a really good looking watch. Good weight like you’d expect from an invicta. U don’t have to hide it from the rain or wind it up it’s a solid watch for everyday use ata fair price.Typical invicta issues. Glass is weak. Get a protector or expect to replace it at least once.Batteries are only gonna last 6 months. Just how it is. Replace it once with a better battery (energized recommended) and you’ll be set for 2yrs. Maybe a year and a half but nice thing about these watches is you can replace and maintain these yourself with a basic kit.I love invictas. I’ve got about 20 of them and about 10 that have broken glass or dead battery or I broke the band after some kind of impact. I’ve never had one break unless I hit it on something or dropped it or hit something really hard. The bands aren’t made to be worn while your hammering or boxing or anything more physical than swimming even jogging is ok but not running for long periods of time. Good chance a pin will come loose.
