Worth it
This is amazing it really works

Looks Great, Stirring Needs Work
The company was great and the overall appearance is worth the purchase if you are a Harry Potter fan. I inserted two AAA batteries and turned on the cup and it is a rather weak spin. The insulation properties are great and I will continue to use the mug.

Doesn't work
It didn't work right out of the box but my husband is an electrician so he got it working. Not everyone is that lucky though. So maaaaybe don't waste your money? It's cute and all but it needs a better power button too.

Novelty Item at best
The item is of a poor plastic quality and the original box fit the item so loosely parts were falling out. Seller shipping packaging was on point!The Items logo was printed on the seem of the molded plastic (Ugly placement) and came with a small break in the battery compartment that is held on by 3 screws and small rubber gaskets. I had to repair the Item with Epoxy.The Original packaging is so loose fitting the lid fell out and the cauldron freely moves likely resulting in the break. The seller did do a fantastic job on packing though!

Arrived Broken; Can’t Return
This arrived broken (appears one of the wires in the base isn’t connected). Unfortunately since it was bought early and given as a Christmas gift we missed the return window.

Received as a gift
I really wanted this for myself. Didn't realise it was plastic though. Why? Most Harry Potter mugs or cups are ceramic or glass. Not even a thick plastic. It's like cheap Easter toy plastic. Didn't come with a lid and product was dusty. I like the look, but that's it.

Returned item, it looked cheap. No lid was in the package.

Did not work.
Very cool product, however it did not work after putting the batteries in it. The wheel at the bottom didn’t move at all. Disappointed.
