Better than others. Read why
Great item! Different than others. Heats up quickly to your desired temperature. Than stops in case you forget. Very flexable and doesn’t come apart like others. The cable can be removed when not in use. It has helped my back pain very much. I can sit on it, use it against a chair for support. It is the right size also. Not too big or to small. Can be used in all areas of the body.I recommend this product!

Mid Size Heating Pad
Really enjoy this heating pad. I have muscle issues and use a heating pad several times a week. The mid-size is perfect. The heat adjustment is unique and provides exact heat needed vs the usual low/medium/high. It is a good value for the price of the product and I also like the fact that it is washable. Thank you very much.

Electric power
I purchased a device from Amazon designed for shoulder and neck massage, which uses heat to relieve pain. The device was ordered from the U.S. to Doha, Qatar. Upon inspecting the device, I found that it operates on 120 volts, while the standard voltage in Qatar is 220 volts. I am a long-time customer and regularly order from this website. It is well-known that in regions like Qatar, the standard voltage for electrical appliances is 220 volts (European standard), not 110 volts.Additionally, the product listing did not specify the voltage requirements. I carefully checked the listing again, but there was no mention of the voltage used by the product. I would like to request whether it is possible to resend the product with a voltage rating of 220 volts instead of 120 volts. At the end i cant use this item for my sick sister. And if u ask me to return i will pay shipping again from doha to you address throw aramex . So because of that you must send another item with 220 volt use or return my item price + shipping its about 150 QAR

This heating pad works and does not burn my back!
This is my 4th heating pad for an aching back. My old pad that I had for years finally on it's last days. So I purchased a heating pad but it just had a thin cover over the plastic - I thought it wasn't working well so purchased another with the same type of thin cover showing the plastic underneath which burned my back. So I decided to purchase this Beurer pad for a couple more dollars which has a soft cover and I could afford. I didn't want a giant pad just one to cover my back and found the 12" x 15" is perfect for me to sit in my chair with the pad on my lower back. It has several setting and I have found #4 works perfectly not too hot but hot enough to feel it. Thank you so much for solving my heating pad issues.

Died after 15-months
Updated 4/25Dead. No heat. No light.Original review:My furnace was out for a few days. This arrived quickly and kept me from freezing. It works as expected. Gets warm quickly and shuts itself off.The length is good but wish it were a few inches wider so it would heat my whole back. I have to turn it sideways or the massive plug poke into me. Sideways it only warms my mid back.

Solid Product
Very good product. You can set the degree of heat you want and it shuts off after 2 hours. Very consistent heat generated. Would highly recommend

Easy to carry
The reason I bought this heating pad is because it is easy to carry. My family travels often, and this heating pad is good to take with you. And I also like the soft material. I used beurer's other heating pad but my friend liked it so I gave it to him and bought a new one this time.

I have mixed feelings...
Right out of the box there is a big warning that if this pad is folded in use it will likely shut off permanently (they say you can send it in for repair, but probably that would cost money). I had considered occasionally using it in bed if I got cold, but I don't believe it is designed for anything other than eyes on use. I like that it doesn't use a lot of electricity, and it does warm nicely on my lap. But when I compare this to a warmer that is made in China, the later has a great deal more flexibility and doesn't use a lot more electricity (this one is engineered in Germany). Plus, this pad is a lot more expensive than the flexible heating pads that are designed in China.
