Most salts taste the same, except for the style of the salt, like flakly finishing salt. This salt to me, tastes the same as all good salts. But I keep buying this expensive salt as our naturalist MD Doctor says its the best for my husband who reacts to many unusal food items. So I keep buying it as it is pure and lives up to her strick standards which is helping his health a lot.

The most amazing salt ever! Once you use it - you never go back. It doesn't have the bitter salt flavor of other salts. It's just really good on food and its full of wonderfull minerals. Price point is getting a little tough though so we use less pricey sea salt of cooking .
