Q: Where is the sander manufactured/assembled?

It may be a good machine, I don't know. But I do not like the idea that they seem to give the impression they are an American company by the way they word their description. "Bucktools is an old fashioned, American type of brand..." Granted, they do not say they are an American company, but it leaves me with the impression they want you to think they are.
