Fits 2000 Chevy Express Van with a 5.7l 350 engine
I bought a used 2000 Chevy Express conversion van with the 5.7l 350 in it with 103,000 miles on it to convert into a camper van. I decided to do a good portion of maintaince on it because who knows if it’s been done in its 18 years on the road and with the low miles I assume it’s been sitting for sometime. I put this K&N fuel filter on in minutes very quick easy job I didn’t notice anything out of concern with the old filter but as soon as I started her up I noticed immediately a big difference in the way she sounded and I got her out on the road and the proformace was much more like it should be guessing the old one was a little gunked up clearly from the difference in the way it moves down the road and when it’s just sitting running. Normally I wouldn’t expect much of anything from changing a fuel filter other then peice of mind knowing it’s been done. I can’t say anything about anyone else’s experience other than my own.

Great so far, but it was just installed. Time will tell.
This is a direct fit for my chevy. I can no longer purchase a GM filter for my car as they are discontinued due to age (1996 Impala SS). This filter replaced my oem GM filter with no problems. Just place this filter inside the mount that the original filter is in, connect up the two fuel line ends and you are good to go. Time will only tell how good this filter is, but I don't foresee any issues.

and again, perfect fit for my Chevy Motorhome

Took the red caps off of the fuel filter to reveil rust and corrosion. Pay attention prior to installing as this debris may potentially block an injector.
