Wow. I want to share feedback for others. These actually work! I can feel them slowing down my mind and relaxing my body. The first time I took them I feel asleep so I've adjusted accordingly. During a very stressful, anxiety inducing period I used zzz sleep to get sleep but needed something healthy for the day. These pills actually helped me. I definitely recommend them and tell my friends about them when they are struggling with stress and anxiety too.

I don't know why this works so well, but i am convinced this is a great reliever of stress, feeling better and its working taking care of pain in my stomach. Its better then a pain pill and I have tried several other pills that cost more and did nothing. I highly recommend it. I have pain from my pancreas and they only give pain meds for 2 months. I did not know how i was going to make it without-pain pills. When I take this i have no pain all day. Then I take one at night and no pain . Plus it helps me fall asleep. This is a keeper.

I'm a high-anxiety person and these help a lot. I take them after work/while going to fix dinner because they do make me a little sleepy (not like 'melatonin sleepy' but enough to be noticeable) and if I don't eat something with them, they do make me a little nauseated (but most pills do that, even vitamin D or Biotin). There's no weird funky chemical smells or tastes, it honestly smells like some sort of generic 'mixed berry' vitamin gummy, but there's zero taste to me, and they are tiny compared to say, a normal multi-vitamin. I had been taking separate pills for some of the ingredients, this only had added lemon balm, and the strength of everything was a little lower than what I was taking before, but there's no difference in how much better I feel when I take them. It's not an 'instant' thing though, you can't take these halfway through a panic attack and expect them to halt it. But taking them daily for about a week, I was less anxious while working or while out in public, and less stressed during the day in general. I'd recommend at least giving them a try if you're interested, but I'd also recommend checking prices and if you can find them on a sale, it's worth stocking up a few bottles because they are quite expensive.

This supplement is nothing short of amazing! I have struggled with overthinking and anxiety for most of my life, and I found these softgels to be extremely effective at reducing my worrying/rumination and racing thoughts. To my surprise, they also help me with feelings of irritability. These do kick in quite fast- I started experiencing a sense of calm and centeredness within 45 minutes or so. They are a great option for those looking for a quick anxiety relief in the form of a natural remedy/non-medication route. I find that these help me get to sleep easier, but I would not say they make me unusually tired or fatigued. It is awesome to have discovered a non-drowsy solution, as many prescribed Rx meds for anxiety, specifically, have sleepiness as a common side effect. Easy to take but being honest it doesn’t do anything. I have pretty bad anxiety and stress, got the ultra strength hoping it would work and close to almost finishing the bottle and still an anxious wreck.

It’s not only helped my stress but has quieted my Tinnitus unbelievably!

I have to say I take this at night to sleep. It doesnt make you drowsy but if you are like me, the MINUTE I lay my head on the pillow my brain is like "nope" and I start thinking and over thinking about everything. Ive taken prescription meds to sleep and hate them. This right here allows me to exhale and fall asleep and STAY asleep naturally. 100% recommend
