My sauce came out perfect!
I bought the bourbon flavoring to make caramel bourbon sauce because I wanted to make it with actual alcohol and it came out perfect! It tasted, looked and smelled just like the real thing and a little goes a long way.I will definitely buy more in the future.

Tastes and smells awful
I run a bakery and bought this because a customer wanted a bourbon-soaked-cake without the use of actual bourbon so that kids could enjoy it also. I had high hopes because this brand usually kills it on flavors, however this was truly awful in my opinion. It tastes and smells NOTHING like bourbon (or any whiskey for that matter.) I’d pass on this if you’re on the fence about buying.

Strong smell and flavor was overwhelming , not so much of bourbon. Has a more acidic flavor.

EwwWee this stuff is potent. I couldn’t see how such a small amount would flavor my eggnog like I would want it so I 2/3 more than it called for. Bad mistake. It’s a wonderful product and taste as close to the real thing that I’ve tasted
