Food Plan Magnet and Pocket Guide

This little tool makes following the BLE plan a no brainer. Everything is right there in front of you. Need an idea for a meal? Read some of the suggested foods in the various groups. For some reason forget which food groups to have and the amounts -- it's right here. I'm new to the BLE program, and this has been so useful in these early days. I'm not sure if it'll be quite as useful as I work through maintenance (hopefully someday soon), but I'll cross that bridge later. For those new to the program or needing the reminder for the weight loss phase, this is a really handy reference item. I'm so glad I splurged on it! Update 1 year later... I'm down 60 pounds and have been in maintenance mode for 7 months now. All is going great. And yes, I do still reference this magnet. Maybe not as much as in the early days, but it's still front and center on my fridge for those times when I need a reminder or when I'm looking for other ideas to mix things up a bit. Double thumbs up from me!

I love how convenient having all the necessary information is right on my fridge door. I don't have to keep going back to my book or computer to look it up. It would be great to also have the break-down for 2 meals a day but I understand there is only so much you can fit on one already large magnet. I recommend this resource to all BLE'ers!

I LOVE the fridge magnet it's so convenient I'm not a newbie on ble but as a 10++++++ on the susceptible scale ⚖️ it keeps me grounded plus I can have a poor memory 😂 very helpful due to covid-19 the pocket one hasn't been as useful as I am not out that much and usually do my grocery list before leaving home

The magnet is very helpful for a quick reference. When they said "pocket sized" they weren't kidding. Very little and kind of cheaply made. My biggest complaint with anything BLE is the cost. Everything from the books to products to the programs is highly overpriced. If you are a faithful BLE person, it might be worth it. If you are just starting, might want to wait to see if price eventually comes down.

I absolutely love this guide. It's so simple to follow because it's based more on a lifestyle change and portion control. I also like how the grains and fruit are eaten only earlier in the day giving your body time to burn the carbs and natural sugars before shoving off to bed. I've been following this guide for 13 days and I couldn't be happier.

So glad I bought this. It helps to have the Bright Line Eating food plan easily accessible on the refrigerator with this large quality magnet. It helps me to make good food choices and split different options for a greater variety in my healthy diet. Thanks BLE for coming up with this great product.

Expensive for what you get. But cheaper than ordering direct from website and not found anywhere else. So, happy to find it for a tiny bit less here. Handy fridge magnet.
