The Meguiar's RG206 Blue Hybrid Ceramic Large Car Wash Bucket is an excellent addition to my car washing routine. With a 5 US gallon capacity, it’s the perfect size for holding plenty of soapy water without constantly needing to refill. The bucket feels very durable and sturdy, and it has a solid, professional feel to it. I especially love that it’s Grit Guard compatible, which helps prevent dirt from being reintroduced onto the paint while washing. These are mint, traps dirt and debris at the bottom of the bucket, I’m always quite surprised at how much crap it catches at the bottom of the bucket, you pay for what you get, they aren’t flimsy and well made

Excellent! I like to wash my car by hand rather than take it somewhere! These buckets are a very good size, I ordered 2 of them 1 for clean water and then 1 to rinse! Highly recommend

A great solid bucket with a good capacity.

Another big bucket for washing the car with. No grit guard, so bought separately. Seems robust enough to last for a while if used with care.

Good design, that extra band below the rim all about adding strength so it's almost impossible to deform the shape. This should last a lifetime of car washing. With the addition of the grit guard in a rinse bucket, it's absolutely ideal for the task and much butter than just a DIY store bucket which won't hold half as much water and will split in no time. Definitely a good buy! As I can't write a separate review of the grit guard for some reason I'll mention it here - it fits the bucket perfectly! Most other guards and buckets even if from the same manufacturer, everyone notices that the guard is smaller in diameter than the bucket is, and it moves about as you try to rub a mitt over it. Not these - perfect and worth buying the combination if only because of it.

If you're an avid car washer this is for you. I wish I would have had one of these years ago, fits perfectly in the 5 gallon bucket and separates your sponge or brush from any grit that gets in to the bucket. I am pretty sure this will help keep down the swirl effect you get from the micro scratches the grit in the water can cause. I also use a micro cloths mop on a stick to clean the higher parts of my car and when I use to set it in the bucket it would sink right to the bottom and sit in the grit, I am sure it would then transfer some it to the micro fiber and then onto my truck. With this grit guard the chances of that happening are going to be greatly reduced. This is well constructed of heavy duty plastic and expect a long life out of it.
