It does make your hair shiny and look thicker. What can I say, I loved it!

I have fine, chin-length hair. Most volumizers either way it down or make it too stiff. I did a lot of online research before purchasing the Sally Hershberger Plump Up volumizer and it consistently came up as one of the highest rated products. I spray it on post-shower, comb it through and let it absorb for a few minutes, then blow dry. It adds so much natural volume! (Note that you'll still need a thermal protector if you use heat styling.)

I have thinning and very fine hair. I bought this product & it did exactly what was promised. My hair looked thicker & like there was more of it.

I have very fine, limp hair that has no inherent body to it. This gives me a little bit of body, it's certainly better than nothing, but I have found that I have to use a ton of it, and it makes my hair feel a little rough (not as nice to the touch). I guess life is all about tradeoffs....

Gives hair body with no sticky feeling. Does not weigh down hair and really helps very straight hair. I apply while hair is wet.

Had really high hopes for this product after reading the other reviews. Unfortunately, this did nothing for my thin hair, it looked the same as it did w/o using any products. I've tried countless thickening / volume products and this is one of the biggest disappointments. Bummed!

This product tangles your hair horribly. I will not be buying again. I use on wet hair and it just makes it into a giant tangled mess.

Love it! I am 57 with fine limp hair and this product makes it look and feel fuller and thicker. It also works as a de-tangler which is a bonus because I do not like to use conditioners as they weigh down my hair.

Love this product. Local stores stopped stocking and selling it about a year ago and I could not find it anywhere. Naturally, I tried all sorts of other products, but none of them worked out. This is just perfect! I don't need a lot of product to get my hair to do what I want, and this is the complaint I have with other styling creams/gels/mousses/whatever. It helps my hair behave, with minimal amount of work and fussing.

Great product and does just what it says. Pumps up your hair giving great volume and still stay soft and manageable. I highly recommend this product.
