You have stability in your knees, they do not take off and are very comfortable.

Tore a calf muscle when I pulled my hamstring, then tore my meniscus all on the same leg. This wrap allows me to walk without limping, albeit slowly.Still don't know how to use the loop, couldn't find anything on Youtube.

Help my old knees on leg day.
Bought these because I am not a spring chicken anymore even though I am very fit. These help my knees a tremendous amount and have allowed me to add a considerable amount of weight onto my squats without hurting my knees.

excellent, but make sure you know how to wear them properly
I got these because I was getting tendonitis in my knee and I squat and do legs a fair bit. I had sleeves and they didn't quite cut it in terms of support provided.The first time I wore these I watched a youtube video that said to tie them as tight as possible, which I did. I think I was cutting circulation from my feet and loosened, after 1 session my knees were chronic and I thought they were trash.Before sending back I decided to try 1 more time and I fit them firmly, not too tight, but not loose either. It was like night and day. The support was fantastic, and I have since used them for another 2 weeks without any knee issues whatsoever (including my tendonitis going away). They provide fantastic support at the lower end of the squat and enable me to go about 20 lbs heavier than sleeves.
