Didn’t have the chance to use it, we gifted this for a 11 year old’s birthday. He was definitely more excited when he found out it had a purpose and wasn’t just “another ordinary wand”

5 year old grandson absolutely loved it! He uses it when making “potions”. So much fun for him.

It is really fun. The pen area lights up and it hasa good glow, pen works and it’s fun. For the size and what it does it’s worth it, looks like a stick.

Buy it you will not regretted!

I got this as a gift but did check it out first just because it looked so cool. The lighted tip works and is actually visible in daylight. It's a bit too broad of a light to work effectively at night, but is not a drawback as a toy.The upper wand section above the hilt pulls out and works as a pen. The pen works and writes well. Would reccomend for any harry potter fan.

I bought this as a gift for my supervisor who loves Harry Potter and she loves it. She loved messing around with her son pretending she was casting real spells while pressing the button
