Abled: Same But Different

Very well written story with an important message for everyone! The story is easy enough for young children to understand but even older children and adults will appreciate the message that people may appear different, but really we all share so many similarities and we need to accept and appreciate everyone.

Love this book! Great for if you know anyone affected by HADDS to help them better understand especially the kiddos. This will definitely be a Christmas present for everyone in our family.

I loved this book! I bought this book for my daughter who also has HAADS. We are starting out on our journey with with this rare genetic condition and this is perfect! The graphics are nice and the story is well thought out. It's worth a purchase for any child, not just for children with HAADS.

This is an inspiring book to teach and appreciate each person in their unique way. I read this to my kiddos in my first grade inclusion classroom and they were inspired and made instant connections.
