I replaced my brake pads with car quest platinum on my 2022 gmc yukon xl and they would heat up and Crack within a 1000 miles. I replaced my rotors thinking they were bad and still had the same problem. I replaced them with a new set and they still cracked and vibrate when they would get hot. I was recommended powerstop from a friend and wow these are 10 times better! Easy to install and no noise or vibrations while going down hill for 5 miles!

Let me start by saying these brake pads would get a full five stars if it wasn't for the noise when cold. I have driven with these pads for 8k miles and still in the mornings until that rust glaze comes off of the pads and rotors they are obnoxiously loud and it's honestly embarrassing. They really do stop extremely well in all conditions and temperatures though but for the first 5 minutes of driving they squawk and squeak so loud it's enough to wake my neighbors ! After that they're completely silent! I don't know if it's the compound or that they are lacking a thicker rubber shim back layer that makes them so loud but ultimately.... they had to go. If they fixed these issues they'd be a 10 star! I ended up going with R1 concepts optimum oep for my 21' silverado . They are silent from the start but do have a very sponger feel and don't stop nearly as well. Hope this helps.
