Unit is easy to handle but missing parts. Works well.
Unit should come with power cord since the power cord just plugs into the unit outlet. No cord or any other installation parts included. Straps, screws etc. are easy to find in stores. Not sure about the power cord. I have only hung the unit from joists so far. Using the included straps, it was easy. Install manual is available online. Wondering about the power cord. Update: I have it installed with furnace fan on low continuous and ERV on low continuous. I have managed to lower my radon level from near 6.0 to about 2.0. Air seems fresher also even after we have been away for the weekend. PS: I used a power cord left over from an old computer that is long gone.

Required for any well insulated home.We had two of these units installed in our new house by the HVAC contractor. They run very quietly and keep fresh air in the house on those days when it's too hot or too cold to open a window.We like having a remote mounted wall switch so we can shut this unit off when we open windows. There's no point in having a power ventilator running when the windows are open.
