Total junk product
From the very get go this has been faulty. The motion sensor feature has never worked despite the settings applied. Now two months later and several other problems, the door bell rings without anyone present and continues to do so until unplugged. One plugged back in, it continues to glitch and ring on its own.

Difficult to install - you need to be experianced with wiring cameras etc.
This camera is VERY difficult to set up and support is poor. The instruction manual is useless, very confusing. The wires that connect the doorbell to the monitor have to be "spliced" together which is ridiculous. The wiring diagrams are impossible to understand and there only video for installation is of poor quality and didn't use the same model doorbell as was shipped to me so I couldn't figure out which of the 8 sockets the wires should connect to.

It’s an OK product comes with a short video cord and no longer cord is available through Amazon you have to patch and make up your own longer cord.

Good product but confusing installation directions
Luckily we hired an electrician to install and only needed one set of wiring. Bought in February 2023. Doorbell stopped working in august 2023 🤦🏽♀️
