Works perfect and very nice quality!

It's huge and much heavier then I realized, suction cups hold unit in place. Does it's primary job well, I also store dispenser tapes on the rollers. Instruction sheet needs further info to make first use not such a pain, why it lost one star..

heavy duty and easy to set up.. holds multiple rolls and dispenses easily. Makes the work station more organized and simple to use.

This thing is super cool. I admit it is a little challenging to figure out how it all works... But once you do, you come back to OMG this thing is super cool! So to help you all out (And Maybe START International) He is the link for the "directions". 2 pages of not a lot of writing, but lovely diagrams... Whoopee Did I say "link"? Amazon will not let me make a link to a web site that would, for real, help out a costumer like YOU!...... Nonononono. Naughty me. So instead try to Google "START International SL9512 directions" It helps a lot!

Within a month of use it already broke and a bolt came out of the side. It is no longer usable and there is no option for return or refund.

it's solid and easy to work with. I really wanted to hang it on a wall, but it will not hold big rolls of labels that way. Still a well built product.

Installation instructions on how to configure the label feed are not clear. Other than that, it works fine.

Holds several rolls nicely and is very sturdy. The base stays in place when removing labels/tape.
