These curtains work great. They look nice and do a good job blocking out the daylight. It is worth noting that as the product description states, they are not 100% blackout. They certainly do block out enough light to make a bedroom, comfortable for sleeping, so no complaints there. I actually prefer the semi blackout look to completely blackout.The fabric does have a very smooth, almost plastic or acrylic appearance. There is really not much texture, so if you were looking for a linen feel, this is probably not the curtain for you.Finally, I would advise to absolutely follow the guides online for width of curtain panels. Do not buy the width of your window. Go for 2x this size or more. It will look much better. The pics i have show a 70” Window width with 264 inches of curtain panels. ( 2x 52”, 2x 80”). That’s literally 3.7x the width of my window and it still doesn’t look like too much curtain

They slide right onto my curtain rod and move smoothly whenever I want to let in a bit more light. But honestly, I rarely opened them fully because they block out so much light—exactly what I was hoping for! I’d say they cut out about 85%-99% of the light, which is perfect for my schedule and privacy.On top of that, these curtains are thermal insulated and soundproof, which means my bedroom stays cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Which is perfect for how the sun hits these windows in the seasons. I’ve also noticed a big difference in blocking street noise, which has really improved my sleep quality. Be careful, I rarely know it is raining outside! It’s amazing how much more at peace I feel when the light and noise are kept to a minimum.Style-wise, they look fantastic. The color is consistent on both sides, and they have a sleek, wrinkle-free finish right out of the package. I recognize that not everyone wants to go fully black out. In fact, I have begun paring these with a sheer curtain on a 2nd rod and this makes a huge statement. If you want to pair them with sheers or other curtains, the NICETOWN store has lots of matching options, so it’s super easy to create a cohesive look.Lastly, maintenance is stress-free. I love that they’re machine washable and can handle years of use without losing their shape or color. Just remember to use cold water and a mild detergent—no bleaching! A quick low-temperature iron (if needed) takes care of any minor wrinkles. I am proud to say that I have had these installed in 3 of my spaces and am proud to say, I just bout sets for two more spaces. They outlast more pricey options. These look the same way as they did when I bought them 2 year ago.Overall, I’m beyond happy with these NICETOWN Blackout Curtains. They’re stylish, durable, and do an awesome job of keeping my room dark, peaceful, and energy-efficient. I LOVE my room darkening and noise reduction curtains! I get more sleep. I purchased the curtain rods that curve on the ends to help eliminate light escaping through the edges. I woke up three hours later than usual and had to go open the front door to see if it was really daylight. I bought the same curtains throughout the apartment. I have not heard any traffic on the nearby street either. I feel like I am in the twilight zone! I took the pictures at 10:00 a.m. Hard to believe! I purchased navy blue color to go with my decor. I am sure that helps add to making my rooms darker.

The curtains themselves are great. They look nice, they're the perfect length. I'm only deducting a star cause they're a lot more blue/gray toned for something advertised as sage green.

These are actually really nice. They were not a pile of wrinkles like some other curtains are when they are hung. The color is very beautiful and they actually do block the light which I'm super happy about. I walked into the room after I hung them in and thought, why is this room so dark. And then remembered, oh ya the new curtains. I'm going to put them in my bedroom now too because I would like to sleep in and the sun comes up so early.
