Desde que me mude a estados unidos el agua le ha hecho mucho daño a mi cabello, se habia vuelto opaco y reseco. Ahora uso una capsula cuando mi cabello está casi seco, lo mezclo en mis manos y lo aplico de medias a puntas. Una capsula completa es la medida perfecta si tienes abundante cabello, pero si tienes poco es mejor que vayas aplicando y tal vez una capsula te alcance para 2 o 3 aplicaciones.
