Spring Valley Natural Time Release B-Complex Metabolism Support B100, 60 Tablets

I buy this item for one reason. It has the highest milligrams of each of the B Vitamins it contains. It is aptly named B100 Time Released because most of the B Vitamins have 100 milligrams or micro grams. Other Vitamin B supplements have much much lower milligrams. From the label: 100mg Thiamin (B1) 100mg Riboflavin (B2) 100mg Niacin (B3) 100mg Vitamin B6400mcg Folate (B9) 100mcg Vitamin B12 100mcg Biotin and 100mg Pantothenic Acid (B5).

My Uncle just told me to take them when I was going through chemo. I've continued to use them and love it.

Have taken this amount of B all my life and this runs me the same $$ as Walmart. Ordering w Prime is heaven. No nausea, great emery, helps greatly w depression. Recommend for anyone and any adult age.

Like this vitamin

The page says the item contains 400mcg FOLATE. It doesn't, it contains Folic Acid which can become folate but requires being processed by the body. This process normally can't process all of it and you wind up with excess folic acid in your body which causes health issues. This is not what I paid for. See image and compare to ingredient list.

I like these B vitamins...this is a great price for them...

Only complaint is that I was supposed to get 2-day shipping and it took more like three weeks.Love the product itself.
