I’m a skincare junky and was super curious to try this Vitamin C serum with a 35% concentration - a much higher dose than I’m used to seeing for products here on Amazon, so thought I’d give it a try even with my sensitive skin. My skin overall is typically dry with an oily t-zone, and I usually look for products that will hydrate, brighten, and improve texture. This serum is super lightweight (almost like water), and absorbs very quickly and easily on my skin. My skin feels instantly hydrated and nourished after I apply it, and not at all irritated (which is common for my sensitive skin). After a couple of weeks of use, I’m seeing brighter overall tone and some improvement in fine lines - to be fair, I am also using it with the GF Advanced Serum by the same brand which could also be helping with the fine lines & wrinkles improvement I’ve noticed. For anyone looking for a solid, effective vitamin C serum I’d definitely recommend trying this one!

HUGE fan of Allies of Skin. I use 100% only their products. Tried this after wanting to get back into vitamin C. This is NOT my cup of tea and here’s why: Does not play well with other actives - it causes them to pill up and thus become inactive. Too viscous, doesn’t absorb well, remains on surface of skin (it is oil based). Has slightly metallic undertones in scent. Too tacky - hair sticks to face. Makes SPF application tricky and uneven. Pump leaks. Since I already use AOS Mandelic Pigmentation Corrector, there was really no place for this in my regimen. Here’s the routine I implement without this 35% vitamin C: Wash - molecular silk amino Mist - molecular savior probiotics Serum (am) - multi peptide GF Serum (pm) - mandelic pigmentation corrector/copper tripeptide & ectoin Moisturizer am - peptide antioxidant firming daily treatment

I love the strength of this product. For people who have used 10 - 15% Vitamin C serums for years you understand that it's time to step it up. This product does this. No harshness, no irritation. I apply this every morning before sun screen. I'm of 'a certain age' and my skin is beautiful. Vitamin C is the answer.

This product didn't have a cover and the product was not sealed, used open and dirty. For the price this is joke.

I really like this product thus far. It seems to work very well in comparison to some other vitamin C serums I have used in the past. Goes on the skin smoothly, there is a slight odor but it dissipates quickly, no skin irritation, leaves skin looking glowy. That said, after several uses, product is now leaking out around the pump. It's rather annoying since it is not cheap.

Good product

Product seemed really effective in brightening my skin. Made my skin look more youthful and bright. I am however leaving it a low rating because the product leaks out when you press the pump. As you can see in the photo, there is dried up product on an edge in between the actual screw top and the pump. Bottle was always sealed well but would always leak from that part. It is an expensive product and a lot of it was going to waste by going out in the wrong place. Ran out of product more quickly than I would have had the bottle been working properly.
