These are great for adding resistance to leg work during my water Pilates workouts. However, they sometimes come undone. Perhaps because I have small ankles, there is so much extra material overlapping when I wrap them around my ankle, that they don’t stay put—they come un-velcroed. I have tried adjusting the pieces in a bunch of different ways but can’t consistently get a snug fit that stays put during the workout. This is frustrating because they were not cheap.Adding to my review: although these provided great resistance to my workout when they stayed on, they got worse and worse at staying attached, so I had to return them. Super-bummed because they were just the thing IF they could have stayed put.

When I open the pack I realized the item was faulty one leg has 4 fins but the other one has 3 fins it was packed like that due to big hassle of sending back I keep them but would be very hesitant to buy anything from Amazon
