The media could not be loaded. Purchased v-guard gas water heater after using the similar older version gas water heater for more than 8 yearsEasy to install, no issues of sensors. Provided holder bolts, gas pipe valves (not the pipe), geyser unit and manual & warranty cardKept the geyser outside so as to get proper ventilation to burnFew times, water heater gets cut off, this might be because the heater flame was too much, water flow was less, gas was low presured. In our case adjusting the head knobs made without any cut offPlease read manual for proper troubleshooting. I'm amazed to see how clearly things are written & keep warranty card intact for 2 yearsOverall good product !!! Check for card offers and can get around 5.5K (6L)

Not installed since past 15 days
I've been struggling to get this device installed since past 15 days. No proper response from customer care. Every day they are just repeatedly saying we will ask team to attend as priority. I purchased the same device which I've been using for the past 7years based on satisfaction I had with Vguard. But now, I lost the faith with them.
