Absolutely delicious. Not too sweet like American brands, but the real difference is the quality of the fruit.These apricots have a bright, tangy taste that is all but impossible to find in any of the dried fruit in my local stores.The closest would be the bright orange slab apricots I used to get but can't find them anymore, so can't make it myself.It's pricey but delicious, essential in baking and I won't let myself run out of it.
