I gulped hard when I saw the price but I bought this plunger and brush set because I had come to trust Simplehuman products as being top quality and well designed. I'm not disappointed. I haven't used the brush yet so I can't comment on it but the plunger has worked quickly and flawlessly when I've had a need for it. Less expensive products may serve the purpose but these well designed and attractive tools are the best and are easy to use and effective. I like the magnetic collar that holds the rods making it easy to move.
