It’s must have sweetener, great quality and value for money with low glycemic index, still gives mild to moderate spike but at last it’s sugar but not sudden, taste good

Been trying to cut the refined sugar back. I realize that any sugar is still calories, but I'm looking for something that at least has the natural minerals and such in it. This stuff is so tasty, not too sweet, and I love the pure nature of it. It doesn't give me that burning sweetness of refined sugar and I like that too. It will hopefully keep me from needing more and more sweet. This seems a great balance in my tea, baked goods, and such. Having a lower glycemic index is also important for me and my family's health. Again... it's sugar... but it's better than refined and tastes much better than raw cane sugar. It's a lot more expensive than refined "cheap" sugar, but it's not that drastically so. Great quality and taste!!!

Wonderful coconut sugar never had any issues with taste or smell and such a great price for 3lbs!

The taste is rich and slightly caramel-like, which adds a nice depth to coffee, baking, and even smoothies. What I love most is that it doesn’t spike blood sugar levels as much as regular sugar, making it a great choice for those managing glucose levels. I’ve found that I only need about 25% less than what I would use with regular sugar, which is a nice bonus for reducing overall sugar intake. Some moisture retention, soft clumps that break up easy when mixing (even by hand), super easy to bake with, or make a sauce (coconut sugar + butter or oil+ salt + cinnamon = yummmmmmm) always fresh! Flavorful and fresh tasting

My family really liked this sugar. It has good texture and color and we made some good treats with it. I recommend it and the size/price ratio was better than the grocery store price.

I really enjoy this coconut sugar, it is a great price and very tasty. I have tried another organic brand but it was a bit more for less product. I would encourage anyone who uses coconut sugar to give this one a try, its great in smoothies, coffee and baking. The seal on the bag is not the best but for this deal, i don't mind it.
