I like a stronger lemonade flavor, and this is on the weak side. I use it with raspberry iced tea instead of water to give it more flavor.

Been using the surge bcaa's and also the pre workout for a week now. I've had issues with other bcaa blends being hard on my stomach, but not with the surge. I've been drinking the pre workout on the way home from work so I'd be ready to go when I get home, with the bcaa's during the workout and it's been working great.
