ANTI-GLARE 3-pack Screen protectors for Kindle Fire HD 7-Inch

I recently purchased a Kindle Fire HD to replace my 1st generation Kindle. Part of the reason I upgraded was to get the Kindle Free Time app for my toddler, as he uses my Fire pretty regularly. In addition to the Fire HD, I also bought these screen protectors and a case to try and protect our new "tappy" as my three year likes to call it. These screen protectors are nice. The price was great for a three pack. They are anit glare so they have a bit of a texture to them, but I like the anti glare quality so the texture doesn't bother me, and I don't really notice it anymore. I think they picture still looks very nice, too. Some people argue that anit glare takes away from the picture, but since I use my Fire in all different lighting situations, anti glare really was a must, and I guess I'm just not too worried if they picture looks a little less nice. It still looks great to me! It all depends on how you use your Fire and what your needs are. I also love that it protects my screen from sneezes, snot, gooey hands, and scratches. If it gets too gross, I have two more waiting, so I can just peel the old one off and put on a fresh one. If you have a toddler, the three pack is a must! Application was easy. I got a few bubbles, but to be honest, I've never been able to get these things bubble-free. My iPhone, iPod, camera, they all have bubbles in them, no matter what I do. The bubbles are very minimal and I don't really notice them once the screen is on. Maybe it's just my technique. Overall I'm very pleased with these and I love the anti glare and added protection it gives my Fire HD.

This screen protector isn't terribly hard to apply. As stated in the instructions, make sure it is in a dust free environment and take your time. My only complaint is the grittiness feeling of the surface. I'm pretty sure it feels that way because of the anti-glare/matte finish. Other than that, it is fine.

This is a great screen protector for the Kindle Fire HD. I purchased for two reasons: Anti-glare, even with its supposed anti-glare screen technology, the Kindle Fire HD still projects a reflection. Protection, Gorilla glass might stand up to a gorilla, but its no match for my 6 year old. I like the Invellop product for a few reasons: 1. Anti-glare minus the distortion: This is not the first anti-glare screen protector I've installed. They all tend distort the screen resolution slightly. This seems to be an unavoidable side effect of the anti-glare effect. Compared to other ant-glare protectors I've installed, Invellop Kindle Fire HD seems to distort less. Picture acuity is still crisp and the anti-glare distortion effect is minimal if not unnoticeable. 2. Sturdy: The protector is not flimsy like some others I've purchased for other devices that are more like celophane. The Invellop protector is stiffer. It is pliable but wont kink or crease, which makes for easy installation and resistance to scratching on the protector itself once installed. 3. Installation ease: Really could not have been much easier. It is the standard two screen application process where you peel one side to expose the tacky side that is applied to the Kindle, smooth out the bubbles, then peel the second side to expose the finished product. What I really like about Invellop is that the tacky side is not too tacky. after applying it initially, I got a few dust particles in the middle of the screen. I was able to peel the protector back up, remove the dust particles from the tacky side of the film with a finger nail, then reapply with no problem. On many other products, this would render the protector unusable and you have to start with a new one. Not so with the Invellop protector. Again, because the side that sticks to the screen is not too tacky, you have the latitude to peel it back up, remove particles, then reapply. I was really impressed with installation ease because of this. 4. Smudge free: Invellop protector greatly reduces the amount of screen fingerprint smudges, require much less screen cleaning. Overall, highly recommend this product.

This type of screen protector is my favorite, the anti-glare/anti-fingerprint type. It helps to cut down on glare on my Kindle Fire HD 7", and it gives the screen a nice smoothness. It doesnt distort the pixels of the picture when I watch movies on Netflix or Amazon instant video, and reading text is just as crisp as when I had no screen protector installed. The fit is near perfect, and the camera hole makes it easy to center and line up the edges, just center the camera hole around the camera and line up that edge of the protector. The rest should just fall into place. Installation is easy, and I recommend thoroughly wiping the screen of your device and then following up with scotch tape - tear off a long strip and run the sticky side over the entire screen to make sure there are no dust particles remaining. After installation, use a piece of tape with sticky side down on the protector to lift the screen protector in areas where any dust might have been trapped while using another piece of scotch tape to stick to the dust underneath and remove it. Usually the dust is stuck on the sticky side of the protector so turn the second piece of scotch tape sticky side up facing the sticky side of the protector. It won't harm the protector at all. Hope this wasn't confusing. Just trying to be helpful. Anyway, I highly recommend this type of protector and this brand is excellent quality, too. Oh, and FYI, I applied this in a room with two cats sitting nearby and a fan blowing, and I had maybe three little particles of dust catch underneath the screen protector that I had to remove with tape. I think that's pretty good!

I have to agree with all the positive reviews regarding this product. The first time I ordered this set, I goofed and did not follow other reviewers' instructions. I made the mistake of choosing the dustiest area in my home to apply this product and of course that is not the way to do it. After ruining the first set this way, I decided to try again and ordered two more sets. One for myself and one for my Mom to use on her kindle. This time we followed what the other reviewers wrote because the lingo of the instructions that come with the product are terrible and we have never applied any screen protectors ourselves before. This time it went much better. Still had to get quite a few bubbles out but it went relatively smoothly. That being said, the results are amazing! The protector feels solid, most of the glare has been removed, but the picture is still clear and sharp. The colors still pop out and playing games and watching movies is still a joy. I would really recommend this product. The price is excellent and now I have a few extras in case I need them for later. Oh, almost forgot. Fingerprints are noticeably reduced as well.

I bought this for the sole purpose of eliminating the glare on the Kindle screen. This screen protector does this perfectly and has not impacted the touch sensitivity at all. I would only say that it is a little difficult to install owing to the fact that the size is cut to exactly the size of the glass. Since the working area of the screen is smaller than the glass, it might have been better to have made the protector slightly smaller so installation would be a little less critical. I managed to get the protector on slightly skewed which resulted in two corners not quite fully adhered. The package contains three protectors, so eventually I will see if I can install the next time without the skew.

Don't waste your time. It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to get things on your device without bubbles, dirt, etc. Went thru all three trying to get them in place. Bubbles all over. They are good and cut precisely but they are impossible to install. Watched installation video but not much help. Left the last one on but still fill of bubbles and dirt. Says to install in a dirt free environment. Good Luck.....I live on earth!! Good value but impossible to get in place without bubbles galore.

I've had my Kindle Fire for almost 2 weeks now and delayed ordering the screen protectors. They came in on time and application was easy. For the low price, I got the three protectors, a screen cloth, bubble card....all in a small envelope. I didn't get it on perfectly; the circle small open circle that goes around the camera was covered with a tiny bit of plastic. Removing it again to repply was easy, though I had to be careful not to contaminate that side. The 2nd application went much smoother and all the air bubbles are out. The screen protector itself has a soft, smoooth feel to it and doesn't absorb fingerprints! As for being anti-glare, not completely.It reduces it greatly, but strong light nearby can show up on it. Now if I hold it a certain way, it has almost a mirror-like look to it when the screen is OFF. When it is ON, it looks great and the ceiling fan light above me, will show up if I keep it at the right angle. NOTE: During application, the protector covers themselves (those pieces you peel off) might get scratched and all, but that's to keep the protector covered. I saw a few scratches on them, but NOTHING on the protector. Major bonus for price and three protectors!
