Q: Any tips on getting the backdrops to stay up in place, should I buy clips?

Mine just arrived and I came here about to ask the same question. I'm a little perplexed by the seller's response. Putting them in the slot does not make it stay. However..... I did see a video review in which some guy used clips but mentioned it would work better with magnets (which I just purchased the other day for something else). I'll give that a shot and update this with my findings later as I'm currently having the backdrops weighted down on my floor to "uncurl" them from shipping/packaging. *fingers crossed*

I don't kinow,but sounds like a loose connection I'd check to make sure everything is tight and plugged in all the way
