I have some serious cervical issues in my neck, and when the pain starts, heat helps.It gets hot- unlike our heating pad. The design is great- it wraps like a scarf and even is able to be attached by looping one end into the other.Heat stays in about an hour; 3 temp settings. Power bank and recharging cord included.So happy I found this.

This neck heating pad has been a lifesaver for me. With Fibromyalgia, I often have pain and stiffness. When I put this neck wrap on the warmth relaxes my neck muscles and eases the pain. Since it turns itself off automatically, I can even wear it to bed. It gets really hot on the first level, and I often turn it down to the lowest of the three levels and it still is very warm. It's easy to use and easy to recharge. It turns itself off after about 30 min.

Where has this been all my life? I had been using a thing that you warm up in the microwave but it did not stay warm for long.This product is amazing. It is easy to set up when you get it, and easy to use. It is very warm and stays warm for a long time. It does shut itself off but you an switch it back on again immediately.It is after a day of using it, perfect.I did charge the batteries for a few hours as per the written, PAPER manual (thank you thank you) and it charged nicely.I does seem it might need charging more frequently than I expected. That would be unfortunate. I had hoped to be able to use it for maybe four hours without needing to recharge. Thus four and not five stars.AN UPDATE: There is info in the manual that talks about battery duration and so what I have discovered is using the lowest setting works fine for me and that it runs for a number of hours. I suspect battery duration may be a concern for some people. I don't think you could count on it lasting for 5 or 6 hours on a low setting.... I frankly didn't really consider this when I bought it. But I believe I can make it work for me.

Perfect for neck stress and pain

This worked great until I had to charge it and it would not charge. I purchased it a year ago when my neck was injured. Fortunately, after a couple days, it was healed and I did not need to use this anymore. This week, I reinjured my neck and tried to charge this. Nothing. Great for one use. Junk after that.

This works great and provides plenty of heat on the lowest setting; however, the power bank only lasts half as long as the description claims on a full charge and takes several hours to fully charge between uses. The last two times I've charged it, I noticed it still had at least 25% charge, but apparently that's not enough to keep the scarf powered.

This works so well. It feels so good on a hurting neck!
