I got this supplement to help with fatigue and so far I like it better than ginseng. I can't really say it helps pain but I do feel better overall. And yes it does increase your sex drive and blood flow. I wasn't expecting those effects to be so noticeable! It has a strong earthy taste and dissolves like instant coffee. It sometimes clumps into resin if you don't stir it fast enough, but that eventually melts if made with hot water. This supplement is probably better suited for capsules but I will continue drinking it as tea.

I have been using this product, off and on, for Many years. I have always been a health nut, within my first memories in life and that was a bonus, since I’ve had serious spinal issues for decades and had no choice, but to be as healthy as possible, so as to live the best life I could, with the obstacles I was to endure. I often say, “I have probably Forgotten more information on supplements to take and, in general, things to do to build and retain a healthy body, than the average person will ever learn.” Seriously!It’s an extreme,100%, lifestyle change, to look good and feel good. I’m sharing this, so I can make a very valid point; I ran out of this crazy named stuff, some weeks ago and, as I’ve done So many times in my life, I finally noticed that I was Worse than usual and my libido was worse than it already is. I realized that I had stopped taking HGW, so I ordered more, to test my theory. I was right!It doesn’t solve all of my problems, nothing does and I’d be a fool to assume it did but, after a few days of use, it’s as I’d realized before, I actually feel a bit more energetic and have a bit of a Boost, in the Libido department. I’ll take what I can. Anything that comes from nature, in lieu of prescription drugs, is my priority.I don’t know why I spent the time to write so much, except that If I can help Anyone that feels as bad as I do, I will. Life can be harsh but, it can Always be better, but You have to put in the work. If I were rich, I Know things I could do, to Dramatically enhance my life, things I have Already done in the past, natural things that Actually saved my life ( Really!), but they’re now, Far beyond my abilities to afford.That’s life and let me tell you, the actual doctors, completely Failed me, in that department. Don’t get me started. Haha!Don’t give up and know that even reasonably priced, natural products, such as HGW, are out there and can, at least, improve portions of life, which is a piece of the whole. You know?I have tried around a dozen different products from this company and they’re Now my general Goto. I will only buy from others, if both, Quality and Price, are surpassed. Good product and great price however the ziplock seal for the bag is pretty much non-existent. Does not seal whatsoever, had to use a snack bag clip to keep the bag sealed. I have seen other complaints on here about that same issue, think it should have been addressed by now already? That is why I am only giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Another big issue that I have noticed is the serving sizes. They have one 1\4 teaspoon listed as 550 mg, 1/2 teaspoon listed as 1000mg, and a full teaspoon as 2200 mg? Seems like they failed math class. These measurements are all wrong. A teaspoon is just over 5,000 mg not 2200, 1/2 teaspoon is roughly 2500 mg and a quarter teaspoon is roughly 1200 mg. These wrong measurements can be harmful to people who don't know any better. In actuality they would be taking double the amount they are supposed to. I was taking a true quarter teaspoon and it was giving me heart arrhythmia. So I will probably take half of a quarter teaspoon which will be roughly five or six hundred milligrams. Please change an update your labeling.

So far so good. I'm taking some cartilage building pills along with this for my joints (particularly in my knee, sometimes hurts; took MRI's and chiropractor said everything is fine, no meniscus tear or arthritis signs) but yet still hurts sometimes after a 1.5+ mile runs.Anyways, been taking it somewhat easy and mix this with my protein after workouts. My joints seem to reacting good to this product and the other pills I'm taking; as in it's starting to get rare that my knee hurts (especially during Air Squats).Now as my Libido, maybe it's just close to summer and I'm in HEAT, hahaha...or I'm feeling better overall (:All in all, great product. I actually really like the taste it's kind of like a tea.... Maybe my taste buds are weird. ANYWAYS!I did not receive this product free in any form. I bought this item out of my own volition in order to review it and the company.

product seems decent but the package was broken and had some spilling, as well as I can't close it completely. But the price for the volume is pretty good as expected from the company.
