I take these religiously. Effective, affordable (especially compared to other brands), and easy to swallow capsules. Highly recommend for anybody who is athletic or wants a good quality affordable vitamin. Amazon’s prices are also cheaper than the local supplement stores in my area.

Ladies... Ladies..... Get on this... ASAP.. Imma get real here for a second, If you have period cramps, there is a real possibility you are lacking some vitamin. (Disclaimer: I'M NOT A DOCTOR BUT) I had AWFUL periods.. Cramps, vomiting, general nausea, joint pain, headaches, you name it, I had it. Didn't have a medical problem, just a s*** gender. A friend recommended I get on these vitamins to supplement workouts and after taking them daily for a month, my next period was a dream. I slacked on taking them leading up to the period after (as a control) and had the worst pain again. After that i have been taking them regularly for 3 months and my life is changed! None of those terrible issues, some mild discomfort, but I mean... that can't be helped but with some Ibuprofen.. Seriously recommend this product! Customer for life after this!

I've evaluated many multis and other vitamins and minerals over the years due to a rare auto immune disease. Optimum Nutrition formulates excellent products and my body seems to tolerate them well. Recommended without hesitation :)

I always buy these multivitamins because they give me the energy I need without making me feel dizzy like other vitamins do. I also take potassium additionally since it's not included in the multivitamins. However, I had trouble opening the lid, so my husband had to cut the bottle open.

This is a great value and covers what most women need in abundance if the la le is accurate
