broke within first 5 mins. Noises that are supposed to attract dog, come out of phone not toy. Poor quality, definitely not a dog toy - more to amuse an owner than a dog. Beware quality of plastic - not chewable therefore not dog safe. Doesnt work well on carpet even when fully charged. Total waste of money.

Auto feature didn't really work

The product just work with Bluetooth and when the phone is open on the app, if you put automatically and go see msgs or hide the app the toy just stop. That’s the photo of the toy after first use! This couldn’t happen, it was too expensive to “broke” at the first time my dog play.

This is a really smart toy with some useful features. You can remotely control it's behaviour using your smartphone via bluetooth connectivity. This means you can sit bit and relax a little while keeping your dog active and occupied. There are various pre-set actions but the best is "auto" - set a timer and leave the toy to automatically cycle through randomised actions and react to dog interaction.Overall this is a fantastic toy but I have two complaints:1. There are various speed settings but even the "slow" setting is too fast and it's aggressive nature causes our dog to get wound up and exited. If your intention is to keep your dog quietly occupied, think again. This toy will wind up your dog. They will use up energy and keep themselves occupied but they will no doubt bark and run around like crazy.2. The wheels could be tougher. They are by no means weak but our puppy is already chewing through them at an alarming rate. Once the wheels are destroyed, this toy effectively becomes useless which is a shame considering the price!

It does what it is supposed to do and works well. But my puppy just barks at it! Maybe I will try again when she is older..

The media could not be loaded.  The item never worked frim the beginning.It can’t charge and as a result it can’t get in to Bluetooth mode to connect with the app so it’s useless !!The battery was already dead and needed to be replaced

J'ai acheté ce produit premièrement j'ai mis 3 plombes à réussir à installer l'application sur mon téléphone et au final en fonction je trouve ce jouet dangereux car très brusque au point que ma chienne en a peur je vais le renvoyer.

le son sort du téléphone et non du jouet, c'est dommage
