It works for small head lice but adult head was a big issue, in the end I had to apply and wrap my head in cling film for 12 hours to defeat the adults. Then I repeated every 3days

Followed the instructions, thoroughly combed and the next day when i nit combed i found another lot of live lice, so the product was a waste of time and money

So I used this on my children before returning back to school, followed the instructions yes it worked in the sense of removing nits and killing the eggs but it was so hard to wash out the hair. My kids went to school with really greasy hair for 3 days. Washed their hair every day to try and remove it. In the end my sister suggested dry shampoo which we used and it worked wonders! Soaked up the grease and made it easier to wash out! So if anyone else has this issue dry shampoo!

I bought it after reading lots of good reviews, but didnt work on my childern hairs, lice were all alive even after 15 mins of leaving and nits didnt slide from hairs easilyDisappointed
