Yes, it does fit Harbor Freight Hydrostar Drain Monster
I had a devil of a time finding any replacement boring bulb for my harbor freight hydrostar. This one LOOKED like it would fit but couldn't find that info in any of the reviews. Well, I'm glad to report, without any modification it fits great. It's a tiny bit loose, but not a big deal for this kind of tool.
