Q: Do these have an earth wire?

Yes - on as seperate wire on washer type thing to wire in!! Bother!! Did have photos but can't find them now - short answer - yes!!

Q: Do they have a plug in wire with an uk plug?

No i don't think they do you have hard wire them in but I had a good electrician to fit them and he did a beautiful job working into my electrical feed that went through the ceiling into a box but they do look fantastic I've also got the ceiling lights as well and some nice orange yellow bulbs like nicer now it's getting dark to appreciate them more 10 out 10
