Q: Trying to decide between t2 and t3... does anyone think t3 is too big?

I bought the T3. It is a terrific brush, but I think I would buy the T2 if I was replacing it for two reasons: 1) I had difficulty finding a brush stand (which is essential) that could fit the T3. 2) The diameter to length ratio is off to me. I think the feel would be better, if the handle was longer.

Q: Can the T2 fit in a razor/brush stand?

For Simpson T2 brush I use CHARMMAN stand with extra wide opening (style 31mm brush opening). You can search Amazon for this product number: B07FFH44TQ , it fits perfectly.

Q: Besides the price what are the main differences between these three brushes? The t1, t2, and t3.

Q: What is the best fit hanger for the T3 Synthetic bristle brush? The suggested frequently bought together is wrong as the brush is wider than the slot.

I use a Kent brush stand. It's a common plastic design - suspect there are other about the same size. I doubt you will find a stand that allows you to hold it by its "waist". The T3, like most synthetic brushes dries very quickly.
